Jimoto's take on a classic goma dressing. Made with Japanese sesame seeds, freshly roasted just before each batch is made, Japanese sesame paste, inaka miso and rice vinegar, without the addition of artificial flavour enhancers. There’s no end to the versatility of this dressing, use it to coat noodles, as a dipping sauce for shabu shabu or fresh sashimi. Brush it over grilled pork cutlets or drizzle it over salads or crisp vegetables.
